Questions

Which audio formats work?
MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG/Opus, FLAC, WebM, AMR and 3GP — up to 200 MB and 60 minutes per file.
How is it priced?
Priced per minute of audio and billed by the second, from prepaid credits in your dashboard. No subscription.
How long do you keep my audio?
Recordings are kept for 30 days so you can replay them, and you can delete any recording at any time.
Can it tell closely related languages apart?
Usually. For close relatives — Setswana and Sesotho, or Zimbabwean isiNdebele and isiZulu — choose the language yourself for the best transcript. isiNdebele (South Africa) is always chosen by hand.
